Diet the GM way
Lately, there were a lot of eating out that I really gained a lot. I been delaying dieting for so long, but finally we (with a few of my girlfriends) decided, promised and bet for a hundred dirhams (approx $30) to do a 7 day diet called General Motors.
Day 1: Eat all you can fruits
Day 2: Eat all you can veggies
Day 3: Eat all you can fruits and veggies
Day 4: 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk
Day 5: 10 oz Beef and 6 tomatoes
Day 6: Eat all you can beef and veggies
Day 7: Eat all you can veggies and fruit juices
We did it! I lost 3 kgs! But it was HARD, VERY HARD especially on the first few days.
There should be a 3 day rest and you can start again but we postponed it for the next week as this weekend is already booked (with a birthday party and an eat all you can lunch date).
I might gain back those 3 kgs.
Well, we can always start again.
